Very nice front desk, clean, quiet, close to everything. Perfect.
It's a best Western. The hotel staff is friendly. There's an outdoor pool and a small gym inside. Highest weights are only 50lbs but gets the job done. Rooms were clean and stocked.
Room was a little small, but nice, clean and quiet. It's in a good area too. Breakfast is good there. They don't rush to close it up afterwards as they allow for latecomers.
Unexpected stop. Very clean. The night woman at the desk was extremely kind and helpful.
Bedroom was nice breakfast was good. Egg and cheese could have been skipped or something different. Yogurt machine was AWESOME it made my morning!!!
I have stayed at this hotel a few times now and I really enjoy this place! I travel a little for business and I’d have to say this is my favorite place to stay. Rooms are always very clean, staff here are super friendly. There’s always extra pillows in the closet and that’s a plus for me! The TV always works in each room I have stayed in and they do have Netflix…I have never had any problems with the TV here so I don’t know what all these other reviewers are talking about unless they have issues learning how to use a remote…but to each their own I guess. Thank you Best Western for awesome rooms and a comfortable place to relax!
We had a great time, and we would have stayed another night if the price had been cheaper. And next time we are going to get a handicapped room
I've been up to Lebanon a couple times for work now and compared to the Comfort Inn and Quality Inn, this is my favorite out of the three I've been too. Better mattresses, better breakfast +the shampo/conditioner/body washes are surprisingly decent. The people at the counter have always been efficient, kind and polite note: the hallways *do* smell like dog shampoo for some reason, it has to be the cleaner they use, not really a complaint bc it smells clean but it's just kinda funny lol
